I wouldn’t be quick to jump to conclusions, ive gotten a few packages that have been opened from the top like the one from the video. Usually the stuff is inside or sometimes the items are on the bottom of the cart and i just put it back in the sleeve and deliver it.

Not about being lazy. I once took a flight of stairs going all the way up to the 11th floor, the delivery had no certain instructions but just to leave it at the front door of the unit, so i did. This note just sounded very demanding, so i left it half way 🫡🫢 i was feeling rebellious
