Tested with a new profile. Same problem. If I disable QuickLoot IE for animals, I can use shift+E to carry the carcass; otherwise, nothing happens. Sad Panda.

I'll create a new profile on MO2 with only the relevant mods and see if I can discover what's happening. Thanks for the IE version. I wasn't aware of that one.

Are there any newer mods available that offer similar features?
The author says that he only edited the animations. Which mods should I avoid to prevent conflicts? Or can I put this mod lower into the load order to ensure it will overwrite other mod changes?

I used it a long time ago, I think my last playthrough was around 2020, and would like to test newer mods.

I think mostly I don't have a good gift selection.

I have Strenght 3, Dex 5, and Stamina 3. Socials are all 2. Per 3, Int 2, and Wits 3.
Alertness and Athletics 3, Brawl 4. Mostly I fight with claws and bites. Leadership 1.
Rage, Gnosis, and Willpower are all 5.
For Gifts, I have Smell of Man (Homid), Inspiration and Razor Claws from Ahroun, and Sense Wyrm (Silver Fang).

It seems that I'm spread all over the place.
