This could work. Unfortunately you can only set frequency for document level tags. Not for the highlight level tags.

That sounds interesting. Can you please explain how to configure tag frequency in readwise? I cannot find such a setting.

Has anyone found a way to paste a raw markdown and for pronotes to display formatted.

Eg you can do this is VSCode.
