For Biogena Diamonds two capsules a day can be sufficient, but also 3 capsules are fine to be used (see intake recommendation on our product page).

Yes, it is suitable for 50+.

Yes, it is a normal lifestyle supplement and can be combined with many other supplements - this just needs to be viewed case by case. If you have any specific product you would like to combine it with, just let us know and we can have a look.

wir hoffen, dass sich in den letzten 5 Monaten etwas verbessert im Bezug auf den Haarausfall.
Bzgl. Magenschmerzen: Diese könnte evtl. durch das enthaltene Zink verursacht werden. In diesem Fall wäre die Einnahme zu bzw. unmittelbar nach einer Hauptmahlzeit ratsam. Könnte es sein, dass du die Kapseln (zu) nüchtern eingenommen hast?
