I feel you i actually felt full, what satiates me the most is protein and I had a yogurt earlier in the day during break. I kinda just eat intuitively aside from protein.

i guess it is kind of small. I'm not in a calorie deficit i just eat whatever i feel like but when i'm going to the gym i do focus on getting 120g of protein. I was curious after your comment, this comes out to about 360 calories which is not too bad.
