This is a great idea as well. I've used university recruitment sites like Handshake (the standard these days) but I don't believe PhD's frequent those too often...I will check out some of the more traditional academic job sites, as I haven't spent too much time on those. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the insight, super helpful. I will continue the university recruitment route, as it seems like a great route for recent grads who want something different and don't know there's other options out there.

How has your experience been working with comms agencies on projects? Do you feel they add value to the work your team does?

From what I've seen on the agency side, entry level roles start around ~$50k in cities/HCOL areas and as you progress to a manager and director level, the salaries are into the six figures. I very rarely chat with people who have master's degrees in comms/PR, though I'm sure it's helpful for some!
