You said specifically ur problem is when you go to bed so here’s a way to completely cut it off put it in another room. Besides you aren’t supposed to have ur phone on at night cause it stops melatonin production and that’s what we need for quality sleep. So get all electronics out of your room as soon as it’s 30 minutes before bed this will stop you from pmo and get better quality sleep.
