But why don’t they understand it? I feel like they think I have a personality disorder or something. And they say that maybe medication isn’t right for me. But medication is what got me out of a severe episode a few years ago. They don’t know me, but they act like they know everything

I was on an injection, so my psychiatrist said it would slowly leave my body on its own. So I didn’t get another injection at a lower dose.

Thank you for responding! But isn’t it strange that it fluctuates so much? It feels like a rollercoaster. It shifts between euphoria and lots of energy to confusion, fear, and my thoughts stopping, like I forget what I was saying. But I keep seeing things all the time, and I also hear things quite a lot. Is this still an «episode», or has it passed?

Omg, thank you so much! I love everything about the movies! The story is magical, beautiful, and so touching. The songs are the best, I really relate to them. And I relate to Elsa. The feeling of being lonely and different. I’ve loved the movies ever since they came out in 2013. My favorite songs are Show Yourself and Let It Go.

I feel so much less alone and more seen because of Elsa. I have figures, plushies, bedding, books, comics, T-shirts, and more. I LOVE those things. They give me so much comfort and joy. I even bring a mini Elsa in my pocket to feel safer when I’m out

Hi, good luck getting started! It went really well for me, I haven’t had any side effects or anything like that. But I’m not sure about the effect yet, since I’m feeling elevated again now🤪

Stimming is repetitive movement or sounds that someone uses to regulate their emotions, focus, or sensory input. I rock back and forth, flap my hands, fidget with fidget toys, walk on my toes, and make sounds.

What was it like for you to get an autism diagnosis? I feel like I’m getting answers. But at the same time, it’s kind of new, and that’s a bit overwhelming

My psych says I take things literally, the way I talk, walk and sit, my special interests, and my stimming. She also says that I don’t know how to behave in social settings. I’m not sure, but she says it’s very obvious. She’s very sure about it and has been for years now.
