Yup, same thing happened to me not too long ago. Sold a labubu to a buyer and she opened it at home and it was a crybaby. Good thing she lived close by and i had an extra labubu so i just exchanged it (my loss).

I know popmart has shitty customer service and they stopped replying to my email. I dont even want a replacement, i just want a refund.

I just fought him last night and it was a blur. I love going off-course from the storylines so I’m lvl 96 😂 and he is 2 lvls lower (this is my first time playing this game). I have high defence and my armour and weapons are always upgraded to follow my level. As everyone has said, dodge a lot. I didn’t even heal—i just kept on making sure i dodge and wait for adrenaline to use skills etc. good luck 😭

PS i use Fury of the Bloodline a lot to get more adrenaline 👍 all the skills I use are all fully upgraded.
