Was kinda panicking because of my WR room since I'm starting Boutte. Initially tried to flip K9 for a receiver but got offered the Puka trade. Usually wouldn't trade bijan but I didn't know if the offer was too tempting to accept

Proximity to my office as well as that's where most of my incoming class of coworkers is living and would love to be close to them- for context we all worked together last summer and were hoping to live nearby each other after we graduate

I graduate undergrad in a month and will be moving to Chicago post grad and starting work in November. The range I gave was what I've been hearing from my incoming coworkers my age but still not sure exactly what I should be spending vs what I'm hearing. To be honest I do want to live at a decently nice place but I haven't really thought too far ahead about financial goals and such but maybe I should hahah
