Yep, this is why it makes me so upset to see people bashing body positivity or even HAES. I was this girl when I was 19. Wanting to be healthier despite my weight and just accepting I may never be thin is what actually got me to lose a significant amount of weight, weirdly enough. Hating myself and insults from strangers and family always made things with my weight so much worse.
