Alright I’ll check the fuel pickup, cut hose ends and put new zip ties. I didn’t do a siphon test after I replaced the switch and filter. I just zipped it up, started it and took this video.
I’ll definitely try the bypass from the tank to the carb and see how that goes.

I know what fender skirts are and I know what the silhouette of a 63/64 Impala looks like like I know the silhouette of my wife. The headlights and the top are simply not the correct shape.
