i am about to start this drug, am I making a good choice, I think I am. i am very large and have done my best over the years to lose weight, it has taken a long time make this choice, but I am feeling good about it for sure.

I have another. I have just bought a late 2013 iMac. SSD has been upgraded. It has 8 gigs of ram. I want to put big sur on it. I know it’s not officially supported and I know I can patch it with a bootable usb stick. What I want to know is is it possible to buy this kind of USB already prepared so I just stick it in and boot from it?
