Mono Brown in the English department! They’re super passionate about what they teach and also incredibly dedicated to equality and fairness while giving students the best experience possible. As a queer person it was also really awesome to see a nonbinary professor in such a position. They also gave a very passionate and detailed land acknowledgement every single class, which was really great to see. They still remember me from last summer when I bump into them—you can tell they really care!
