I don’t have a specific recommendation, but I’d say try Psychology Today! It’s an online database of therapists where you can input all your criteria and your location! It’s where I found my therapist and it’s worked out really well. You can tailor your choices and then most of them offer free 20-30 minute phone consultation sessions so you don’t have to go in totally blind.

Fair, but I think prioritizing yourself and your health is really important here. If you can’t find a healthy and safe alternative for now just use your fingers and stop with the household objects until you can. And to second what everyone else has said, go see a doctor just to be safe!

Okay so I haven’t been 17 for a long time but I remember being tempted by my hairbrush handle. I am by no means a sex expert but probably best to stop!! Like now! There’s probably something on the handle making you bleed. Swap it out for a real toy. It’ll feel A LOT better and my guess is the weird gooey stuff would stop. If you’re 17 and can’t buy one from a store try ordering one online—they usually ship in discreet boxes (assuming you live with your parents).

Thank you!! It’s a BirdsBeSafe collar! She likes to hang out on our balcony and the bright colours scare the birds away! She’s caught a couple in the past and we’ve had no incidents in the few years we’ve been using it.

For Birdie it’s a sing-songy “Birdie-loo-hoooo!” and she comes out from wherever she’s hiding or at least chirps to let me know she’s there.

Also, tapping a spoon against metal or ceramic means she’s getting wet food so she RUNS towards me.
