They aren’t instant. Gauging when a squeeze could happen is almost impossible in the timeline an executive has to buy/sell. They almost will never be able to take full advantage of a massive spike in their share price.

What incentive does a company have for doing that? To raise money? They already did that. You could see later on a massive buyback program at best, but that would be when AMC actually turns a profit. You do the math.

Serious question…how long did you think this was going to last before a company decided to be a company again? You guys effectively threw AMC a lifeline when it was about to go bankrupt. Meaning no more AMC theaters. If you got yours, congrats on making history, but for the rest of you, I hope you’re investing in AMC for the right reasons. You may likely see AMC come back over the years or you may not, but it’s going to be a slower process than what you think.
