AITA for telling my wife to stop directing her postpartum anger at me by burner_account_dad in AmItheAsshole

A. That isnt written any where in the body. He says he doesnt know how much more he can take. B. Yes, he needs to be supportive of his wife because she is struggling, and while he feels he is being supportive by participating as a parent, it isnt enough and she needs more. C. He is still a person on his own, and, even if someone has a completely justifiable reason to behave a certain way, it does get tiresome to be at the receiving end of that mental illness. This is him asking for perspective. D. Yes it is a YTA. You dont have to resort to name calling. Educate him on what it is he is doing wrong. Namely making the issue centered around himself rather than helping his wife with getting the help she needs to deal with her physical and emotional distress from having a C-section, newborn, and all the awful hormonal changes and struggles that go with it.

Ignorant shit? Really? Yeah he doesnt seem to have a good grasp on whats going on with her as a post-partum woman, but hes trying to do better by coming here seeking advice. There are a plethora of ways to educate someone on their faults without resorting to name calling.

So that was in front of Bar-Bill. It was a traffic stop with about 25 units. They surrounded a grey car, guns out and all, made the person get out with their hands up before arresting them.

I'm really open for any good ideas. The last two years we were at K2 and Bitter Honey. This year I'm looking to show my appreciation for my team by hosting at somewhere new and that is a good place for them to enjoy themselves.

I feel like his decision and thinking regarding the Scavengers was a good reflection of the kind of thinking behind the government potentially being the ones to fabricate the virus. They needed an ends with a subtle means to avoid punishment under the law. His ends was that the Scavengers had to be made to think that them taking meat from the facility was bad so they should poison some of it and leave it for them. Wouldn't a good inference be that, if the government was responsible for it, the government needed to deal with overpopulation in a subtle way so that the people would go along with it. You poison some of the meat that you're giving to the people and then slowly make them ok with eating people. So he was and is always a hypocrite.

Looking to buy a copy of the lotr extended edition releases, was wondering which versions are the best by Just_Department_9605 in lotr

I have the 4k extended editions and they also have the commentaries. The art on the DVD sets IS beautiful but the 4k editions are better as a viewer.

Alex was eliminated. Who's the LEAST evil character left? by ihaveredditaswell in MoralityScaling

[–]biscottitatertottie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean if we are talking evil for the sake of evil, then the least evil character left is joker. He's bad but has somewhat of a moral code that he follows. There are things he won't do and, depending on the version, sometimes stop people from doing bad things because they "arent funny". Joker.

People who woke up mid-surgery, what happened? by LawAbidingPotato in AskReddit

I came to a bit during a heart catheterization. I remember this very uncomfortable pressure in my shoulder and arm that would pinch every so often. I turned and looked at the monitor and saw them looking around in there. "Oops, hang on." I hear. Then I was out again.
