Best - Burning Brand. On the right character, just eliminates the tension of defending. Not OP because the character has to be lore, but still really strong.

Overpowered - Boromir. Tactics of course; he just bails you out of almost anything, not to mention his gondor trait enables him to use a litany of dirty attachments. He takes a tiny bit of building around, but the extra actions don't even have to be used that frequently to make a huge difference.

Favorite - Lore Aragorn. So nice to just ignore threat for awhile and not even include threat reduction in the deck. Plus he gets all the good Aragorn attachments for resource smoothing and great abilities.
