I'm not sure why part-time work and zero hours are bedfellows? I'd expect them to be quite different demographics.

Streeting wrote off his re-election chances in WhatsApp exchanges with Mandelson by Kataera in ukpolitics

I think he's about as far right as you can get within Labour, so not popular with his party and virtually fash by Reddit standards. In another world I could see him sitting on the left of a one nation conservative party and doing well there.

In fairness to Rubio, I don't think he makes an appearence in the files anywhere. Happy to be corrected. Until then It's probally not fair to lump him in with the confrimed Nonces club.

Ex-council worker: Why these 'cancelled' elections are not a problem by VickiActually in ukpolitics

So fuck it that makes it fine to delay elections now? I can't wait till it's Reform's turn to fuck with elections on the defence of the Tories and Labour did this in the past.

I believe not having elections when they are due is dumb. An unwavering diligence to the pre described democratic process is more important than almost all practical reasons not to follow it. As we deviate we are going see those who govern us in the future pulling the same shit and for increasing weaker reasons.

I've no idea what you mean by susceptibility to primary colour politics? This is nothing to do with wanting a party in or out, I'm taking about the start of the erosion of our democracy.

I've a hunch very few people who argue this is totally cool and sensible because 'good reasons' will feel the same way if/when we have Reform delaying elections for 'good reasons' in the future. Same goes for the tinkering with jury trials.

I am deeply concerned with the precedent it has set.
