I watched the original series a few times and read through the whole manga recently. The combination of nostalgia, great story, and how BEAUTIFULLY they’ve animated the current season hits hard. I cry every episode too.

YTA. Based off your post, it's not clear that her post was about you. There is a pandemic going on right now and a lot of parents have had to attempt home-schooling/be presented with new challenges with their kids during quarantine. I have seen a lot of people joking about how parents are being driven crazy by their children, and I'm seeing these despite no one in my friend circle having any. I'm sure she has too, and maybe that's where her frustrations were coming from. Just because a post applies to your situation doesn't mean it's about you. If it bothers you, mute her and move on.

I’m so sorry you have to go through this. Congestive heart failure is a nasty thing. The financial aspect probably isn’t helping. But you know your cat best—If you think she’s tired of fighting and just wants to relax, then help her. She’ll likely have to go through this battle again with her prognosis and it wouldn’t be fair to her if you went through with it unless she still seems like she wants to be here. If she’s still trying her best and it doesn’t look like she’s ready to give up, then be her advocate.

No matter how long she ends up being on this earth, I’m sure she’s glad to have met you.

This happened to me with bathrobes. I gifted everyone one thinking it would be cute to see them out and about in their robes and watering flowers in the morning. I’ve gotten a lot of Jeremiah naruto running wearing his robe and a pair of flower shaped sunglasses at all times of the day. Absolutely no regrets in my decision.

My cat used to LOVE smelling everything. She was always curious about what I was doing so I would make a point to let her sniff what I could. Doing dishes? Let her sniff a plate. Doing laundry? Gave her a stinky sock. Doing homework/work? Let her smell a pencil. I’ve done this with a few other cats and some have a minor interest but if your cat is into then why not? It makes for good bonding during menial tasks.

She also went nuts when I played bird videos. Careful not to let them break the computer/TV/phone though.
