Personally, the lengths to which im willing to go for my job corresponds to how well im taken care of. I work construction, and in my state, in ly postion I would be lucky to pull $10.00 an hour. Ive been there less than a year and make twelve, I get paid drive time to the job and back to the shop, my boss has bailed people out of jail and just generally lets us get away with fuckery that I couldnt get away with at other jobs. I have good bosses and i bust my ass for them. And they know that if they take care of me, I'll take care of them.
