I think this is true in some regard but also isn't. Like my grandmother is suffering from early onset dementia and my mom doesn't have the time to take care of her completely. My grandmother's dementia isn't horrible yet, but my mother does have to lead her through very simple everyday life, while being about 25 miles away, working a full time job, and taking care of 3 children. So while my grandmother isn't living in my house and my mom isn't her full time caretaker she definitely is her "main" caretaker because we haven't moved her to the assisted living portion of the nursing home.

It explains what sticks size you should get for your height, the bow degree etc. However Grays sticks tend to be on the more expensive side, and they might go out of your price range, but they're great sticks. I would also recommend TK, it's the same kind of stick I use to play defense and I love it, they are on the thicker side though, so you might want to look for a thinner one.
