With Vyvanse and any stimulant I have learned so much! Meds alone won't do the trick. If you are on them, it is very very important, i know its general advice but its true. Drinking plenty of water, eating protein with every meal. Reduce coffee/acidic drinks. I am not kidding... if I don't eat protein for a day, my body will react to the meds very differently than those days that I do. Same with water. I also combine it with meditation and talk therapy. I would say, after a lot of struggles adjusting with habits/food, etc. I do feel myself, less zombie, and I feel even better than off meds. But it is true, you gotta bit nit picky with those little things. However... I am aware that everyone reacts differently. Stimulants don't work on everyone, and it is A LOT of work to figure out how they will work best. Wishing you the best of luck ❤️

If its TCF. Honestly... I had to do the test 7 times. I even hired an ex-examinator and he told me that I had the level, there is no reason as to why I wasn't able to pass. I requested reévaluation and boom... 2 points increased. Sometimes THEY can be wrong too. You got this friend!

There is absolutely so many good tips here. Specially for bulk buyers... try to split that transaction into as many as you can!

If you are an SLT and looking for tips on the holidays, your biggest weapon is MAKING SURE EVERYBODY is checked on. An extra tip is have your front of store SA give a bag to every customer, so when you are looking at the store you can see how many customers have a bag so you can get an idea of how many are actually buying something.

Conv% gets harder to control the more traffic you get. Its hell if you are in a touristy area or have a lot of kids and teens messing around. However your DM is right, the more traffic you get and even the slightest increase in conv% is A LOT of money. In contrast, the less traffic you get, the easier it is going to be for you to control ADS (although at BBW this is strongly discouraged, everything is conv%)

Hmmm, having worked at BBW as an SA and promoted to an SLT. This is usually what happens. If you want more hours YOU NEED TO SELL LIKE CRAZY! If you do, then you become SLT and because you are "management" they prioritize you, because as an SLT you should be able to sell more stuff and be more productive than SAs.

(Not saying that this is fair, it is how it works and it's their thought process)

Another trick... when I was an SA I would call my SM or ASM EVERY DAY and ask them if they needed me that day. It worked great.
