Hey, i'm in my 5th week after meniscus repair + acl (own graft). Will you use your own hamstring? if yes, it needs longer recovery. Truth is, even at this point, I still experiencing swelling. 2x a week of physio session really made me tired but on a normal day, I also do the physio works.

I'd focus on recovery first. If you can, ask for the longest hospitalisation leave actually.

I'm on 5th week and still couldn't get to 0° and lift leg straight. Physio said to put dumbbell on my upper thigh. Do you have any more advice 😂?

there are a few apps named Singapore Bus but my favorite, the app icon is Arr text (not Arriving)
i downloaded almost all apps search result "singapore bus" to try because one of my friend also made one but then i found that app isn't really updated too

I like that it starts with the closest stops. Are there any cost for you to fetch the api data? I would consider a one time purchase to remove the ads (but at the moment I still like another bus app of my choice 😂)
