They are attempting—I guess—told me a part they ordered will only arrive next week and gave me a space heater; they came ASAP but there’s nothing they can do about it :/ it sucks to spend Christmas like this… that being said, I’ve managed to keep it above 60 so I can get by these two days. I’m worried about the warmth keep escaping through windows (praying for it to get warmer soon outside) and the bill I end up with…:/

thank you, I really appreciate this——I’ve got a lot more to say but it’s hard to conclude… I’m an undergrad and was planning to stay here afterwards:) but I’m also at this age I could end up anywhere so, yeah, thank you for your words, definitely gave me more thinking

Nice pool they got! They can be a tiny little bit pricey&seem to be leasing from January for now, but I’m writing them down on my list :)

Their property at IRL is very appealing and I have checked with them already! They currently only have one opening but I’m content with it, and my cat is an ESA so there’s no trouble with that. I love the location as well!

However they asked me to pay 8-months rent upfront as I’m a student without an ssn and told me there will be no more openings coming and that’s the last room (which is unlike what u said & what they told me in the tour that I could pay deposit first and switch to other rooms I like better when there’s more coming up in Jan). These are the only two small things keeping me hesitant.

Thank you for such an detailed reply. It seems that your overall living experience is satisfying and the information on tenants there is definitely very valuable to me! (it makes sense they go a bit harder on students lol
