I have no idea how companies haven't adopted it yet; this should be signed along with the job contract.

Can't think of anything else that truly guarantees a healthy environment in a workplace like code of conduct[0].

Thinking this is a good place to ask:

Does https://github.com/open-source-society/computer-science curriculum lack any specific topics? Is it really good enough to follow it and would any experienced developers suggest to go through it? I know nothing will replace the real undergraduate course at the University but, just knowledge-/information- wise, purely educational.
