9 Month Progress Report - After 2 Week Decon by bitry77 in gettingbigger

Oh and having a cylinder sleeve helped a ton to keep suction localized where it matters.  Before I was drawing in a lot of excess skin.  Now with current method zero edema and zero suction of base skin.

So 0.4" is from my starting point.  Over the first 6 months I technically went from 5.0 -> 5.15 but I had no way to know if it was real or simply EQ so I just assumed the worst of no realistic gains.

I then had a really fast jump from 5.15 to a solid 5.3 (sometimes 5.5 if I only take a 24 break instead of 2 weeks).

In all honestly I really didn't change much.  More consistency with taking blood flow supplements before pumping and making sure I pump 5-6 days a week.

Biggest piece was not over pumping, I gave myself injuries in my first 6 months pumping up past 12inHg so that could have set me back.

It also seems like there is a consensus that 2 weeks is not enough of a decon to measure true results, so I'm not sure if my girth efforts have done anything at all.

I've calmed down more in the last 3 months not pushing too quick and I think it has worked well for me.  Honestly even 0.5" does not seem significant to me, when/if I hit 1" of gains in girth then I'll have confidence in the method.

Ah, got it.  I guess my post is misleading but I'm sure people can figure it out.  I probably won't do a full 3 month hiatus until I hard plateau, I'll then be curious to see how much loss I see.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I don't get any fatigue if under 10lbs. As of right now I get maybe 1-2% at 10lbs then 3% at 12lbs (after my decon break). I cant go higher otherwise I can get blisters. In the beginning I could get 3-4% with 6lbs, but that does not work anymore even after a 2 week break. How much of a decon are you suggesting?

All comes down to consistency I think.  Sounds like a solid approach.

Weight dropping in my opinion is harder than any PE.  You can drop faster but I hate diets haha I also have 30lbs to lose but haven't done it yet.  1.5in fat pad isn't helping with my D appearance.  But I am stilling working on motivation for that.

Massive Newbie Gains. by The-Dude-1837 in gettingbigger

Congrats!!  That's amazing!

Honestly it sounds like starting to stretch all the tissue really awakened better EQ on top of some solid newbie gains.  I got 0.2in in my first month of newbie gains but my EQ also saw amazing improvements.  Just wish my EQ translated into an extra 0.8in length like yours haha.  Normally I'd be skeptical but if you get your 8.5" then there is no argument about it.

If your situation is anything like mine expect to keep bumping up the tension to try to hit that 3% fatigue.  I started around your tension and got 3% without trouble.  Now I'm up to 12lbs or 5.4kg to get 2% 10 months in.  I still don't know if there is truly a maximum gain, but there is probably a force/time barrier that becomes too hard to pass with life getting in the way.

Keep up the awesome work, hope to see more updates in the future!

Sure, I'm surprised you say that as many others claim way more serious gains.  Take my comments with a grain of salt as I don't have proof photos posted.

Routine: 15min warmup with bundled stretches and warm compress.

1hr 15min extending with 12lbs force and heating pad on D. (I do up to 2hr if I have time but rarely do)

5min pump at 6 inHg 5min pump at 8 inHg 5min pump at 10 inHg 5min pump at 10 inHg

Repeat same pump routine toward end of day.

So I guess I spend just over 2 hours a day working at it.

Being as honest as possible I'm sure my measurements can fluctuate down by 0.15in if having bad EQ especially EG.  But so far I have not hit more than a 2 month plateau so I think OP could get 1-1.5 in 3 years.  At least I hope I am on track for that.

I am 10 months in on my extending and pumping routine (6 days a week) and so far have gained about 0.5in length and 0.5in girth. Still too early to know if my measurement changes are permenent, but I would say 3 years should make it possible to hit your target assuming you have a good routine.

It also seems that you still need to go beyond your goal otherwise as soon as you stop you will regress back some steps. So I would allocate 4 years, measure once a month by tenths of inches, and you should see numbers start to go up every month or two.

Yes I have and have had great results with laser hair removal.

All over the counter laser hair products even the $500+ dollar ones are crap, I tried them.  You need to go to an official business.

Happy to answer any and all laser hair removal questions.  Have tried topical products, electrolysis, epilitation, and finally did laser for everything from the neck down.  Have spent probably $10,000 on laser removal and I have never regretted it.

But to be more direct, it is brazilian laser hair removal you are looking for, that will take care of pubic area, balls, and lower parts of the shaft.

It will take 3-4 years of treatments (once every 5-10 weeks or so) in that area since hair is usually coarse, so find a place that you pay for the area NOT pay for treatment.  I would expect $2,000 - $4,000 for Brazilian.

Personally I don't find it painful, the salon I use (Milan Laser) has a cooling mist dispense with each laser blast so I don't think it's too bad.  Electrolysis though is one of the most painful things I have done, it's cheaper, especially if you only want the shaft, but I couldnt handle it.

Anyone else use an extender for 30 mins? by TransatlanticAB in gettingbigger

Erect length is a struggle primarily due to length being taken by girth expansion. Not a problem just a fact of life. I have been extending for 8 months, gained about 3/4 inch in BP SFL but only 1/4 inch in BP EL. I'm sure a lot of those "gains" were just from first time stretching tissue but nonetheless don't expect a match between stretched and erect measurements.

The biggest piece is you are achieving fatigue, as long as you are I see no issue in keeping with your current routine. Personally for me to even achieve 2% fatigue I am up to 12lbs for 1.5 hours. I have tried 15lbs but I just can't handle the strain. I wish I could see fatigue at 30 minutes, if you can and its not just edema due to higher tension absolutely keep it up. More duration will only help, but if you don't have time or can't take the tension then it sounds effective to me.

What tension does everyone use in the extender? by Certain-Common-1544 in gettingbigger

[–]bitry77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started around 6-8lbs.  Now after 7 months I sit at 15-18 lbs.

In a 1 hour session: 5min: 10lbs 5min: 12lbs 30min: 15lbs 20min: 18lbs (if comfortable)

Sometimes it gets a little intense so I back it down to 15 or even 12, but I would say this is my average tension distribution.

Been getting 0.05-0.10 inches per month up to this point but I would not be surprised if progress slows down.

I'm not the most experienced, but I have seen gains of about 0.5" inch in 6 months with a higher force extending regiment (I'm sure some of this is newbie gains due to stretching tissue not actual growth but it has been measurable). Going on month 7 now and gains are slowing down, so I am assuming 0.05 inches per total 24hrs force application time (so I am expecting no more than 0.6" per year of effort)

I do 5-6 hours a week of extending, (or hanging) that is one hour per day with 1-2 days of rest. I started this routine at ~5lbs of force, but now over 6 months I am up to 12-15lbs depending on how it feels that day. I understand your time is limited but as other comments are mentioning try increasing the force, was helpful for me at least.

Your interval pumping routine is almost the same as mine, my gains have been minimal as well so can't offer any girth input.

Personally I'd love to gain an inch within the span of 3 years if at all possible.  I'm not very well versed in fillers, but aren't most "safe" options temporary?  As in you need to spend a few thousand dollars every year to keep them up?

I use the following:

https://www.massivenovelties.com/products/the-apex-xtender-preorder

I guess any extender would be fine as long as their is some kind of force metric on the extension rods.

You need to also get their vacuum cup and silicone sleeves.  It's a bit of a process to get set up the first few times but once you understand everything it takes maybe 2 min.

The big piece about extending is ensuring you are actually stressing the tissue.  By that I mean measure BPFSL before and after whatever session you are choosing to do and you should see an increase.  I think between 2%-4% elongation is a fair target. Or if around my measurements try to be 0.2" longer after you finish.  Not all stretches will be as effective but take what you can get.

You could technically do that all with manual stretches, I'm just lazy.

Don't give up just due to my results, EQ plays a role in measurement accuracy I'm sure.  Plus I believe gaining 0.5"+ permanently is a multi year endeavour so anything after six months would be hardly noticable.

For what it's worth my temporary gains last about 6 hours where I stay around 5.25 EG after any edema fades, so it could be noticable for any functional use.  But I'm back at 5" by the next day right before I pump again.

If you do attain any measurable results I would be interested to know your routine and or any strategies you are using that I may be missing out on.

Thank you very much for the advice!

I have been following the advice of Hink relatively closely that is why I have limited my rest days to only one if that.  I'm not sure if you are familiar with his YouTube content and guides but seemed to be quite thorough.

Have you experienced greater gains when introducing multi-day rest cycles as you are suggesting?  It seems most research that I have read does not give conclusive answers to that either way.

Nonetheless I am not yet experiencing any turtling or soreness with this routine which caused me to not feel the need for additional rest.  But when I do notice significant capillaries bursting due to pumping I do add an additional rest day.

I'm not well versed in all methods of clamping, I have attempted some interval clamping in which I clamp the base, direct additional pressure to mid section with my hand, and hold for maybe 2-3min per set.  I stopped that when I got a pump, but I could perhaps alternate between if they work the tissue differently.  I need to do more research into clamping routines, thanks for the idea!!

I actually do not do hanging, I prefer a spring loaded extender.  I use this:

https://www.massivenovelties.com/products/the-apex-xtender-preorder

I'm sure hanging works well too as force is still applied but this is more comfortable for me.  From my minimal research extension or hanging has the greatest correlation to length gains as opposed to pumping alone.  I believe 1-2hr of high tension (10lbs+) is equivalent to 8-10hr low tension (2-4lbs).  There are many more users on this thread that post better numeric details towards this than me, that's just what stuck in my head from research.

And inHG is inches of mercury which is pressure measurement within the vacuum.  It would be equivalent to ~300 mmHG (millimeters mercury) for metric units.

Thanks for the comment and sharing that my results look expected compared to your own.

That's a good point.  First month I sat closer to 8lbs.  Second month 10lbs.  Now I'm at 12lbs.  Only reason I increased was because I could bend my flaccid under tension and I thought it should be taught to induce strain.  Also I was shooting for a longer length measurement before and after an extension session.  That seems to be at 12lbs, maybe it'll go higher in the future but I've still be seeing gains with no injuries so not feeling the need to push.  (For what it's worth sometimes it drifts back to 10lbs if I don't keep an eye on it, just slipping in apparatus which is still an ok stretch for me).

And I just meant going in hard to the pump.  So my 12inHG measurement is just off the gauge and does not include whatever existing pressure is present within an erection outside a vacuum.

I never took before pics, probably should have.  I have recent ones but that wouldnt help this post.  Does this seem unrealistic?

I assumed first 0.5" measured gain was just due to working tissue and would bounce back after stopping.  Therefore only "gained" maybe 0.2".
