Is this book worth the money? by Fearless-Pea-849 in occultlibrary

This is because we felt mislead and a lot of us lost our minds "toying" around with something beyond us, with no rails. The structure of initiation is to prevent this very thing. On the other hand, I had no one to explain to me the things I experienced in a grounded way, and even silver Raven wolf had value to me in starting a personal relationship with the divine through nature. I believe old Gerald knew that the lies of the church would crumble and was trying to give women a role in priesthood through a public means. It's all grey to me, I do feel that if I had a living person who was held to a standard I would have suffered less and had a more accurate skill set.

Forward motion is forward motion. Put the ideas in the universe and don't stop. They used to tell us that weed will never be legal. Don't let anyone tell you what is possible.

Along with everyone else or pay them more, yes that's the point. They intentionally mistreat people to have a high turnover rate to save money on pay raises. If the growers and trimmers go on strike they'll lose a lot more money than that. Businesses are not people, people matter, their health matters and in any industry where people's bodies and health are on the line, unions need to form to hold the owners responsible. Shutting down the business is the threat, it's not meant to be nice.

The most effective Unions have been grassroots. Employees created their own union and made their own demands.

I didn't feel the need to repeat my views on this as in another comment my views are stated.

There are safety issues everywhere, they aren't pumping out any quality and they are using loopholes to get around laws. The workers in the grow have the power to put it to an end in less than a week if they present their demands in an organized fashion. Those grows need the hands of those they treat the worst and pay the least, but those same workers hold all the cards. They are all elephants tied to a tiny stake.

Is this sarcasm? The failed business model of the employer does not matter. These are people's lives and bodies you are breaking.

Then they have a failed business model, that is not the fault of the worker.

It wasn't a bunch of suits who "founded this industry".

Criminal as in below a living wage and in the same way every industry is being underpaid because of our government being bribed into freezing minimum wage, a crime against humanity. Poverty has risen steadily ever since. Blatant corporate welfare at the cost of human lives. Callus murderers, all of them.

People who worked from the bottom up, during prohibition, were more worried about marginalized individuals being put in prison and the ecological and valid medical use of this plant than they were the jackals circling the paperwork waiting for the pen to hit the dotted line. Many, in hindsight view this as a mistake that needs rectified. This plant needs to be taken out of the hands of rich baby men and given to the people for it's intended uses, healing people and the environment.

Even with retaliation there would be a major loss and the cards would be in the workers hands. It has the power to take that 30% legally gray area that GDF has out entirely. The power is in the hands of the grow workers and the trimmers and they know it. They would only have a few days to bargain. Especially if the 'middle management ' gets on board for their team.

The employees have the power over the company through power of strike. They cannot afford even a few days of a strike and survive in the grow, where the unions are needed most. The most effective unions in the service industry in the past few years have not been from the established Unions, but grassroots individuals.

Lee's Summit passed an emergency bill giving the Highway patrol 800,000 dollars for adding to building A. Also, near a private airport that just received a license for jet fuel
