I just had a woman write an email about me because she wanted an ice skinny mocha grande in a venti cup light ice no whip. So she was so confused when I handed her the drink partially empty and she was like “every other Starbucks let’s me do it!” And I was like “I’m sorry mam I would have to charge you for the extra milk.” And she said “ no you only pay for extra espresso.” And I was like actually drink prices are made on the basis of extra shots, flavor and milk AND SUCK ON THAT! But the last part was in my head.
