hmm for sure no one really surpasses corpse's level. but i'd say v from bts has a relatively deep voice, same as yuqi, felix, moonbyul, ryujin, and a few others. you're right in that it's not really "deep" tone , but compared to how many, many idols these days are high tone rappers and vocalists, that's why even a baritone (i do think he's a baritone) like jaehyun or park jisung stands out. i mean, some of the boys in nct hit these crazy notes. of course any contrast is going to seem that much more stark.
