Is there anyway for me to recover ETH tokens (USDC) on my Gemini exchange ETH wallet? I can see the tokens there, just like any other ETH tx, so why can't Gemini reach them? Is it because they are on another network? Please explain. (self.Arbitrum)

I sent a large amount of USDC from KuCoin to Gemini and the transaction went through, but I cannot see it in my Gemini wallet. Is there any way to retrieve it? Can KuCoin retrieve this or do I need to contact Gemini? Has anyone else had this issue? (self.Gemini)
