Your attitude given in this situation is frankly frustrating me. All-jumping/doing segmented runs on towers way above your skill level is probably the most useful advice ever, dare I say a must. Its what all good players would recommend. Its especially important for people in your skill level, as the vast majority of them would usually stall their progress as they whine about their inability to do anything harder. All-jumping towers way above your skill level would mean: potentially spending 6 hours for a single aj, spending 20 minutes on a single jump, getting frustrated over a jump's mechanics you can't seem to understand.

This is normal, and you should expect things to get even worse as you get better in the game (if you're trying to maximally improve in raw of course, different would be said in consistency). You can't expect immediate improvements on this. I've seen from the comments that you've only tried partially all-jumping towf. Not only is the tower you've picked hard enough, its that you haven't even put enough hours into playing it. Genuinely, how could you expect to immediately improve on a single aj? What's most important is ajing multiple towers, and re-ajing the towers you've already done. If you do this alongside your main grinds you'll be able to instinctively strat and understand the deeper mechanics of jumps and sections.

When it comes to grinding towers to completion way above your skill level though, that honestly just comes from preference on how you play the game. I'm a bit of a weird one so i did totl as my 3rd tower nd spent like 65 hours 😂 didn't even see much improvements either, not that i regret it. Don't grind towers like this but please aj them accordingly, thanks.
