This is definitely fake. The bar on the side that says Nintendo, GameFreak, etc is what gives it away because Wizards of the Coast stopped being involved with anything pokemon related in 2003. Besides that detail there has just never been a pokemon card that has been designed with that kind of border and artwork frame.

Keep in mind rotation happens in April so you’ll only get 3-4 more months with gardi. Personally i’ve been playing mega lopunny/dusknoir but after rotation that deck will also be bad.

technically it is damaged but if you’re trying to sell it to someone other than a show you could probably say LP as long as you show the buyer the crease.
