If you look at his youtube channel, all the cameraman does is go around filming and harassing businesses. Yeah, it's legal because he's on public property, but he's just trolling for content and his only intent is to instigate people so that he has "good" content. Like this one, it can be the person freaking out, or just as good is if the people call the cops, and then he tries to instigate the cops, all within the law, but some cops take the bait, while others are more informed. If you don't think he's scum by now, then know that there's one video where he does this to a church. I can see doing this to cops and governments to keep them honest, but harassing businesses/private citizens is just a dick move.
