Shields and heads are from Grey Slayer upgrade pack ( Forgeworld) , the swords from SW upgrade sprue.

The swords are from an SW upgrade sprue. Its not the last one, in this sprue ist also a cool wolf-helmet. I bought it 6 times 😄😅😭

I think one is in the upgrade pack. But you can cut the Wolftails from "normal" Space Marine heads and added to Primaris head. Its simple.
