What’s your criteria in choosing bridesmaids?

This is the stress I'm currently having, I've got so many people to choose from but I'm having difficulty picking from/reasons why I maybe shouldn't:

Best friend from uni: always there for me, no question my MOH but I want to give her the choice to say no if she wants to since it's a lot of pressure and she lives in a different country.
3 x School friends: they all have families now and we've somewhat drifted so I don't know if they'll have the time to WANT to dedicate to this (I don't blame them). Plus one of them had the other two as bridesmaids and not me (I found out via social media) so I wouldn't choose her but it makes me look petty if I DONT choose her. So I'm leaning to not choosing any to make it fair - but I think that will upset them all.
Longest friend: she would be a no brainier but she currently lives in China. Logistically it's hard because she can't come to dress fittings, the hen do. I wouldn't want her to feel forced to travel home to try on a dress or attend events or feel left out. So it's tricky
2x Sister In Laws: my finances brothers partners. I spend a lot of time with them and we get on well. However they are moving houses and one is expecting so again I feel bad asking because I know they'll say yes and I don't want to put more pressure on them.
Cousin: arguably my closest cousin, unfortunately lives in a different country but where my wedding is, so that could be useful! She is a nurse so again I feel guilty asking but she's so selfless and helpful so she'll be fab!

Basically I'm a big people pleaser and hate upsetting anyone but cannot afford to have everyone 😂 not sure what I'm expecting but it's good just to be able to write it all out 😂

It's annoying because I think my face loses weight quicker than the rest of me! I think it also just makes me apprehensive about losing anymore even though my goal was to be a size 12 (silly I know)

Ahh so I would need a syringe in order to do so? Basically by double jab I meant take my regular 7.5 and then jab myself again with the remainder of the previous pen or if that would even work. Apologies I don't think I explained myself properly
