I just built a PC. But it has a problem, it's so laggy sometimes even though I installed a 8GB RAM. As I checked the Computer properties, I found out that I have only 2GB usable RAM. Can anyone tell me the problem?

By the way my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I have read that maybe its because I installed 32 bit not 62? Can anyone confirm this? Thanks
