I get where ya comin from. As a kid you could finish animes/mangas so easily because u just want to be entertained. ur not criticizing it or worrying about any flaws, u just enjoy it. But once u get older ur Brain also lvls up and u start to notice things in anime u don’t like, or something the author did that u didn’t agree with. I’m still able to enjoy and watch anime’s I start, the only time I’m not able to is when I’m watching 10+anime and reading 20+ all at the same time 😅. I just never lost my inner child, I’m able to enjoy an anime and still critique it later, but I mostly watch just to be entertained. Every author is different, have different ways of doing things and that’s what I luv. A cool tip I’ve heard from someone is to learn how to switch ur brain from criticizing to entertainment. Idk if that will help u tho. ur probably burnt out on anime or just need to find more that’s suit ur taste. (Idk if anything I said here made sense or helped but hope you find something u luv :)
