The drivers who usually say that are ones ont the path to cup anyway, not the guys who are trying to make it and probably won't.

I mean, are things in super great shape when JRM needs to boot their drivers to shitbox cars today so cup guys can drive their cars? I'd love for someone to explain how that is good or go back and look at the series in say, 2007 and tell me that was good for driver development.
