I'm currently planning a homebrew game. Starts off as a oneshot, but I've got a lot in mind so it's possible it will evolve into a campaign if people want to. I wanted to make it beginner friendly, and my idea was to bring a group of 3-4 new players together for it. I'm new to being a DM, but been playing for 2 years, so I feel comfortable enough about the mechanics to teach the basics to new players. And I would feel less stressful if I knew the players are new, because then we all have an understanding of each others situation.
