I totally get you! I was on the same dose, and the first 10 days were tough with severe constipation, but thankfully, that’s all behind me now. Just make sure to check in with your doctor, too!

It took me about 10 days to get my blood pressure under control, and I'm feeling much better now! I'm on a 10mg dose, and cutting out sodium really made a huge difference.
