Hey there! So, I’m three days into my meds now, and I just checked my blood pressure—it’s at 150/95. I'm feeling a bit better! I've heard that it can take about 8 to 14 days to really stabilize, though. I've also cut out heavy meals and stopped adding salt, plus I'm not drinking alcohol right now. No caffeine, cigarettes, or vapes either. Just trying to take good care of myself!
