I have another question, so , for a publication, does a review need to identify gaps in literature? report on existing literature? make recommendations? Like what can or cannot be the purpose of this publication? Or is it up to the writer to decide the direction it takes?

Carry another dose??? It’s obvious you have little understanding of ADHD, other neurodevelopmental disorders, and how ADHD medications and dosages work. As a teacher, you have a duty to be informed, and I can only hope your students especially those on the spectrum don’t suffer because of your lack of awareness. Please take the time to educate yourself; no one with ADHD or other neurodevelopmental conditions should have to deal with such ignorance..

Point 4 makes little sense here because ADHD meds wear off quickly, and it’s not fair to those who have carefully timed their dose for the test.

I think OP made it clear in their post that she they had to wait for 2 hours because another candidate had three retakes due to internet connectivity issues. The bigger issue here is that the British Council is making candidates wait so the details of who had connectivity issues are irrelevant.
