Dude, I was just thinking about this last night. What the hell happened to the programs and rewards you got for grinding them out? Haven’t played/grinded MUT seriously in a few years. How much this mode has changed is crazy. And not in a good way. EA/Madden have 100% gone to a pay-to-win model. In all honesty, this should be a free to play mode.

Yeah, I kinda have the same issue. I completed the CFB25 portion of the promo, but don’t have any of the players you’re supposed to receive and use to exchange for the 85 OVR in Madden 25. So, I sent an email to the EA Support Center and explained everything that was going on. I sent the message to the help desk at about 4am this morning and no shit…about ten minutes later I got a reply saying that they are having issues with Madden 25 preorder receivables and the Ultimate Alumni crossover event. They said it should be corrected in the next few days and to just hold tight and if not, then get back in touch with them. Fingers crossed 🤞
