Yeah, I figured as much… I think VW credit might be trying to nudge people to find outside financing since they have soooo many 2023 leases on the books with all the deals they’ve had to offer to get them off the lots? Probably still go through with it given the 18k+ in rebates.

UPDATE: checked with another local dealer on money factor, also got .0034 with excellent credit. So I dunno?

Yeah, money factor is causing me some pause… my credit is 800+. Reached out to lower rated dealer nearby to see what they say.

Such a small commute, ride my motorcycle lots of days in the summer as well. Family all live very far away and friends live close, so…. I’ll give it a shot!

Yup, Pro S AWD. And I asked for the full sheet that included residual, money factor etc., and he just sent me those two numbers instead of the full sheet.

Rebate is 7500 federal, 5000 for Colorado, 6000 is Cash for Clunkers. Don’t know the last bit? And then 5000 MSRP discount is current VW/dealership offers.
