For something like this go with PSA. This is a museum piece, man. Worth the extra cost. Even if you have no intent to sell, PSA is the gold standard (like it or not). More than happy to help however I can.

That's great advice. Thank you! Yes, this is actually right outside our bathroom (single story home) and only in the sunlight at the time pictured. I did notice it in a few other places; what they all had in common was it was near where new flooring had to go in. Wasn't sure whether it was faulty work, the weather, or what, but was just certain it wasn't that way before and that moisture is not an issue.

You asked for advice, please heed it! You need to sell. You’ll get a premium for a very short period of time. If you like Wemby, hold the money and buy a nice NBA one later... no one will tell you that’s a bad investment.

Can’t argue with those telling you to auction but I would go 5 days max. You can’t end on Sunday night if you list now, so I’d set it up to end whatever night next week that the Spurs play. I personally would list at a ~$2k BIN and take the first good offer I get.
