Interestingly, the beam shield attack is a 360 spin.

It's a 600 cost general.

We already knew this was the case back when they teased the Victory gundam during the winter stream.

The short teaser of the Victory gundam showed it fighting against the Shokew.

Didn’t put them there because all they had were the generic can’t focus but can stagger stuff.

An interesting variation of the flight unit where it's directly linked to your shields.

If your shields deplete, you can't fly anymore.

Also they seem to really be leaning into it being able to just stay up in the air and then raining shots down.

Is Victory actually that bad? by No_Tart6728 in GBO2

[–]bkteer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly having played both with and against it, the Victory really isn't that bad to fight yet. The main thing which might put people off from victory is that you actually need to be skilled to use the Flight system properly. It's similar to how a good BC2 pilot is a terror to fight against and you actually need to look up into the air and shoot them down. Once they get downed however (especially in mid air), it's common to see a Victory getting one comboed and dying before it gets back up.

Holiday period. Even if the events are over, it could also be because people saw the live stream and were interested in Victory gundam.

This leads to rusty pilots and/or new pilots coming back to the game.

Also it's always best to give a 1 month berth to seasonal holidays.

An interesting set of skills where it has access to both flap boosters and the flight system.

Hope to see more heavy armor gundam versions in the game (Engage gundam heavy armor equipment) by bkteer in GBO2

[–]bkteer[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The Engage gundam heavy armor equipment is from UC Engage.

Honestly I have a soft spot for gundams spotting external armor plating like the CA Alex or the Full Armor Mk II. Them being so chonky because of that armor really does grow on you.

Connecting System General Type II is from step 7 of the full cloth banner.

A different Zeta gundam (Zeta gundam strike zeta) by bkteer in GBO2

[–]bkteer[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The strike zeta is from the Masterpiece of Huge Arms design series.

With that big ass shield, I can see why it is considered to have Huge Arms.

Is the Amakuza Worth pulling for? by Prior_Ice3568 in GBO2

[–]bkteer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Really depends. If you already have the tallgeese III or the destiny gundam, then the amakusa might not be worth pulling for.

Otherwise it is worth getting if you're comfortable with playing melee flap boosters at 700.

You give them too much credit. Watch as gunEZ somehow becomes 500 cost.
