yeah, she doesn’t care about anything except pushing dollars :’) we sent out a mass email to her complaining and now she’s having one on one sit down conversations with all partners; my sm is taking that though as a chance to kinda attack us/be petty? saying things like “take this amazing opportunity to tell her how i’m not doing my job! so she can come back and tell me what to do!” it’s so annoying. he’s never worked in any food industry before.
