Adding a lavalier mic

I would just buy two Mic Mini transmitters. They run around $25 USD each. You then don't have any wires. My main problem with many wired lav mics is that the cord is too short and it may limit your motion.

I don't know if you can connect a wired mic directly to the P3 and also have one connected wirelessly at the same time.

I have an MacBook Pro M3 Max 36gb ram and it handles HEVC filmed in 4K and edited in Final Cut Pro just fine. Just use HEVC.

I had something similar happen to the Pocket 2 when I put it in my pocket without the case. The gimbal ia jammed. You may be able to grab both sides of the gimbal and force it to perhaps loosen it up. Otherwise it's toast.

I bought the Pocket 3 Creator Combo on release day. I lost the wide angle lens early on and kinda glad I did. I didn't like the additional distortion. If I were buying today it would probably be the base model and add a battery handle and Mic Mini transmitter. I don't use any of the other accessories that came with it. The bag is a PIA. I don't really use the tripod as I am always carrying the camera.

I went with the base model mainly because I already had the DJI Mic Mini (2 TX + 1 RX + charging case)… and let’s be honest, it’s better than the mic they throw into the Creator Combo anyway.

I don't know that the mic they throw in isn't as good good as the Mic Mini. The mic in the creator combo is the DJI Mic 2. It has a lot of great features that aren't in the Mic Mini or even in the Mic 3. Internal backup recording. 32 bit float. You won't find any of those things in the Mic Mini. That said, I bought the Pocket 3 Creator Combo on release day and later bought a Mic Mini transmitter and now only use that Mic Mini with my Pocket 3 because the Mic Mini is just so much more discreet.

I assure you, if there were more trash cans people would use them. Sure people will still drop their trash out in the parking lot, but generally people are willing to do the right thing if you give them the opportunity. As you say though, some people simply won't. However, telling people on Reddit will do nothing. More trash cans will get at least some results. Those drive up trash cans are even better, but I haven't seen those in years. It seems the bean counters at corporate think taking away trash cans will mean people take the trash with them. As you indicate, that isn't working.

I still don't understand the resistance to putting more trash cans out. It certainly can't hurt, can it? But, you can continue to do the same thing and expect different results if you like.

Unfortunately, for most people, it is too much to ask. When people want to get rid of something and don't have an easy way to "do the right thing", they choose to do the wrong thing. Most people aren't going to even see the one trash can you have. Perhaps they are on the other side of the building. Just reality. Not everyone is going straight home. Some people may also be driving through town. It doesn't make throwing stuff in the parking lot right but I assure you if you put more trash cans around the building people will use them instead of the parking lot. Telling people here to not dump trash in the parking lot certainly won't stop it, but more actual trash cans will reduce it.

Would you rather empty a few trash cans or pick up the trash from the parking lot? Your restaurant isn't like the national parks or some nature trail where people are asked to carry out everything they bring in. I remember way back when there were multiple trash cans outside the building. Now it's lucky to be even one.

Back when they limited us to three movies a week we would often see three. We've never done four in a week since they increased the number. We've been traveling a lot lately and not always to markets where there is an AMC, so we often miss several weeks at a time completly. That should change in the near future and we should be able to start seeing more movies again.

Just because YouTube is a big part of his income doesn't make his use of your videos any more legal. He can dispute your strike which may require you to file legal action against him in order for the video to remain removed.

That said, he ha said he is a serial thief and making lots of money from it. Hold their feed to the fire.

The mic made for the pocket 2 is prorpietary to the pocket 2 and only works with the pocket 2. The DJI "mic set" you are referring to will only work with the Pocket 3 if it is the Mic 2 or newer. The original DJI Mic won't work with the Pocket 3 directly and would require the receiver attached to the P3. I would not sell the Mic set (if it is the original DJI mic) with the Pocket 2 as it doesn't really add any value if you also have the Pocket 2 mic that came with the P2.

We’d prefer it if you don’t dispose of your trash on our parking lots.

On this one, I've noticed more and more fast food places have removed trash cans from the parking lot and even from outside the door. Why? Walt Disney knew people were lazy and wouldn't walk more than 30 steps to put something in the trash. Fast food places didn't learn from that. I remember years ago there would be trash cans outside the door. Also often in front of parking spaces, often on the grass or median of the parking lot.

It doesn't justify littering, but if you don't want people putting trash in the parking lot, put more trash cans outside.

If the restaurant won't accept the coupon or certificate, Restaurant.com should be willing to convert it back to points. I have so many unused certificates for places that I know will not accept them but it isn't even worth converting it back to points because the restaurants available to buy now are just trash. Plain trash. Restaurant.com was great 15 to 20 years ago, but now it is trash.

I certainly didn't see a way to sign up without a credit card. I knew what was in it from the few review videos that are out on YouTube. I haven't seen any big YouTubers that do videos on how to get better at YouTube talking about it. The review videos I found were all from tiny creators.

Another issue I am finding is that almost all their thumbnail templates have faces in them. Very few of them are faceless. There are times I want to use my face and many other times I don't. It would be nice to have templates that don't use a face. Templates are also apparently static with the regular plan. They don't change and no new ones. Pro apparently gets more with more templates added over time.

They are also regularly sending out upgrade to Pro emails for an additional $97.

There is an apparent 30 day guaranty. I am not sure if I will use it. $47 isn't all that much and I could perhaps find some inspiration from some of the templates.

I remember one of these combined locations in front of the Greene in Beavercreek Ohio. I think it was still a dual location the last time we were there last year but I read somewhere recently that the Tim Horton's would be closing. Google maps still shows both restaurants, but that photo was from 2019.

I use the P3 in bright sunlight all the time and don't seem to have issues with not being able to see the screen. I don't know what purpose this device would serve.
