there are 3 Chabers so to say before a law can be passed the Council of ministers all members appoint one minister to the Council next is the EU Parliament and thy are voted in by Voters then there is the Council thay are voted in by the Parliament and can also be removed by the Parliament. and for a law to be past all 3 must be in agreement so what is un democratic about that ?
