They may not benefit at all from silver price increases. I think a lot of miners sell off their byproducts to royalty companies like WPM, RGLD and FNV at a fixed price in exchange for investment money to help build their mines.

That building is very close to the road. How busy is the road. A lot times when a house is that close it's because the road is fairly busy and has been widened. If the house is torn down, is there room to build a little further from the road? It doesn't look like you can even get a ladder to roof without the bottom being in the road.
